Crap Customer service mate, personally I would look elsewhere. Try Masters of Beckenham or Shirley. If you want a yellow 182, there is one here: http://www.mastersgroup.co.uk/renault/stock/stock.php?car_id=331
I only want to spend £8k so quite limited on finding one!

Just various bad things. They were reluctant to let me have a test drive of a 182 a few years back. Also my mate had a run in with them when he needed a service. Silly things like they said they'd call back and never did. He also bought a used 172 off them, which came with one key. But when he asked for a 2nd one, they tried charging him!
If you have a wander round and like a car you see go for it. But I personally believe there are better dealerships out there despite the size of it. You can tell if they care for their cars because they will be clean. Last time I visited there a lot of them were filthy!! Let us know how you get on. Excellent choice with the 182 though. They have really come down in price! I Still love mine!

supprised you had trouble getting a test drive Nelson?!? I walked up to a 172 (last december) in thier car park, the salesman came over, I asked for a test drive and away we went, no questions asked at all...

lovin' it! haha took me a while to get used to it from the valver. First proper blasting was the meet on Sunday and I was rather impressed...I know the car can be put through a lot and take a fair pasting but it's my confidence thats holding me back (taken a few knocks in the past..) haha

Their service varies completely at that place.
I took my 172 in for a service and to have the seat tightened up. Came back with damage and took em nearly 4 months to get the correct parts to replace what they'd damaged.
Eventually they got it back to me and refunded my £200 service so they kinda made up for the inconvenience.
Reluctantly took my Megane 225 in for its first service and it came out spot on, they updated me 3 times to let me know the progress of what they were doing and I collected it fine.
The missus 182 also went in for its service and came out fine. They've improved a lot in the last few years.

My mum bought her 1.4 from there and that went ok, to be fair we didnt have any problems with them
masters of beckenham on the other hand were complete crap! car went in to have its usual coil pack fitted, came back filthy, brakes were shot, clutch had been destroyed, they obviously let the idiot mechanics have a go of it...and it wasnt even fixed, not impressed, coupled with general lack of knowledge and poor service, and idiot salesmen too
I haven't yet encountered any Renault dealership that has been much good though
