Renault F4R with custom turbo

ok I have Renault laguna 1.6 1999
I am fitting a Renault F4R 2L 16v engine to the car
A will rebuild the engine with new 8.5:1 COMPRESSION FORGED PISTONS
I made a custom turbo manifold and I will use a turbo fram a Volvo XC70.

my problem is the fuel, map , ECU

what is the best choice for program the ECU?

can I use Apexi safc 2 , RSTuner or something like that.
or do i need to buy another chip or put Stand alone computer which cost alot!!

for fun and practice i putted the turbo to my 1.6 N/A engine ( with 7 psi) and that did not work at all!!
my cheap ebay wastegate broke down and the pressure went to 15-20 so the engine is so dead.:dead:

(NEVER!! buy cheap wastegete from ebay )

or can I use AEM Fuel / Ignition Controller
