how much would a full service by a renault dealer for my williams 3 cost??? as i want to keep the service history up to date when its due???? and as a member (cheques in post)do we get a discount??? closest dealer to me would be lookers in colchester! (a mate of a mate works there)

No discounts Im afraid (though you could always ask!). Its about £170 on a 172, I guess a Willy would be similar.
Servicing from a specialist like Hill Power, Infinicar, Renatec or any other reputable specialst is worth more than a Renault stamp. Just think how many Williams or even 16Vs an average Renault dealer sees compared to someone like Renatec who have literally hundreds of these cars on their books.
A specialist wont take your car for a spin with the boys at lunch, wont charge £75 per hour and will have the expertise to spot the problem straight away and fix it for cheaper. Thats worth far more than a Renault stamp!

A fully stamped book with receipts is far more important than just main dealer. Keep every receipt (even wiper blades) and stick it all in a folder.
I sold a Ren 19RSi that had Main Dealer to 40K, then 2 or 3 specialists for another 45K. I sold it in 2 hours for EXACTLY what I was asking!!
