Renault or another bodyshop?

Hi Everyone,

I've a small dent and scrape on the o/s rear wheel arch of my car and had a quote from renault and another idependent. Renault quoted £508 and the idependent quoted £300.

Will prob go with the idependent as they have been recommended and the renault quote is extortionate for the size of repair. My only worry is whether an idependent will be able to get an exact colour match - its a 172 Cup Mondial Blue?

He uses ICI paints so should be good quality........

Wow. I got a whole car sprayed for £550 lol...

Shop around buddy is what I say!

I'd use the recommended bodyshop, as edde says if they are any good it'll be spot on.

Cheers everyone - will prob be using the independent. Can anyone recommend anywhere else in the manchester/north west area??

Whilst this garage is a recommendation its an indirect one so I dont actually know anyone who has used them to be able to see the quality of the work.
