Renault Specialists - Mid Sussex? (Timing belt change)

Hi,

I realise there is LOADS of info on here about timing belts and I have read up a lot about this piece of work - this forum has been really useful for buying a FF Clio 182. The result is I am now pretty worried about it not being done correctly, Renault have quoted me about £800 for the lot (too much).

But are there any specialist Renault garages in the Mid Sussex area (Brighton, Haywards Heath) that anyone on here has used? I have searched the forums for people who have asked similar questions but the nearest places these have given me are about an hours drive.

I have requested quotes from
Ren7oaks
Ren-tech
Two Techs

But these are all a bit far away.

There is also BSS Renault in Blackboys who are a Renault specialist and quoted me £550 - these guys are closer but no one has mentioned them on here so not sure I trust them to have the right tools etc.

I am willing to travel, but I just wanted to check that there was no where on my doorstep that I was missing.

I am sure they are, the issue is that I work during the week and would need to wait there all day whilst the work is done.
Ren7oaks have quoted £460 for the lot incl Renault parts Aux belt etc etc. But I have the same problem of having to leave the car there and get home/go to work!

If there is no one that anyone has used in the central sussex area, I guess this is my only option!

We can do that job on a saturday morning for you , pop it down at around 9am and I can usually get them done by 1pm ish.
Saturdays bookings fill fast and as far as I know we are booking from next month??
