Just looking at the letter they sent me, no e-mail address just the freephone number. Off to Gordon Lambs at Chesterfield tomorrow to discuss having the work carried to becarried out under warranty as Co-op dont give a fu*k. Know people have had trouble with them too but its like jumping out the 4 storey window to escape the fire, either way your knackered!

any e-mails sent to them get sent to your local dealer, i have tried to contact renault uk directly on many occasions but to no avail

The head of customer services at Renault UK is a Mr Barry Williams put his name in the subject and you will get a responce.
