Renault W**kers (What to do)

Took my car into Renault in Lincoln today to have its 18k Service.

A few hours after picking it back up, I noticed that my nice Ibiza splitter that I fitted recently was hanging off. They have driven the car over something which has dented the splitter and then reversed back off which took the splitter off on one side.

Didnt bother to tell me tho!!!

Just wondering what I should try and do about this as Im not very happy!!!.

phone em up and complain , ask them what they are going to do, If no joy contact Renault customer service.

Did you tell them before you took it of the premises??? Otherwise maybe difficult to prove.
