Renaultsport Recaros into 182 Cup?

I've been offered a pair or Megane 225 recaros for my Clio but there seems to be serious amounts of conflicting information on what is required to fit these and what subframe to use. Is there a definitive answer?

Seats fit but you'll need subframes to suite the clio. And a clio seatbelt buckle as the pretensioner connections are different. And then someone to disable your side airbags to take the light off.

Check with Capital Seating in Leicester, you need to buy CLIO 2 runners from them, last time I bought them they were about £95 each side.

If they are Recaro Trendlines they will fit and Capital sell the resistor pack for about £11.
I see you have a 182 Cup so no side airbags, you may have to turn the Airbags off on the Renault Clip.

Total bargain for a mint pair! If they are the same as fitted to the Trophy! Aren't Megane ones full leather?

IMO yes, as they're not particularly good chairs. Look pretty though and match the interior well.
