Great pics Jonny 1*2,and one of my alien cheers.
I only saw one LY R26 and thought that was on private plates,which i believe had a faulty injector so was parked up for the rest of the day,not sure if it is the same one in your pic as that is a 56 plate

Just seen the official pics from the photographer there on the day...out of 277 that have been uploaded, there is 1 of mine, lol. Rather disappointing TBH, considering I did around 200 miles on track! Suppose we're not paying for them though!

That's the trap I always get drawn into with motorsport. Try to get some safe shots at higher shutter speed, then realise they look crap, drop down to 1/160 or something then spend the rest of the day trying to get sharpness. I need better lenses, but with the cost involved, I'd prefer to buy a track car

That is a bit extreme for sure. I was doing most of mine at 1/250, but tried a few lower. I understand the frustration with it though. Trying to get in focus pics is so annoying. I recon I had a 1 in 5 success rate
