repairing a radiator

Can a radiator be welded..... if its leaking, ive tried radweld... didn't work... its dripping very slowly.... the car is for sale its an 05 civic btw and has just started doing it, not been hit, no visible stone chips..

Putting a dog turd in your engine will now have all your waterways full of crap.......i'd start flusing it now.
