Replacement fuel pump

Does anyone know if there is a replacement fuel pump that will fit into the standard pump and regulator canister. I am having fuel pump issues and don't want to replace the whole canister if possible.

yeah MATT BLACK put a Walbro uprated pump into his when he had the VAG 1.8T engine in the clio, speak to him for details, or have a search, there is a thread "somewhere" on here
