Replacing 03 172's Rear Brake Lines

My 2003 172 requires new rear brake lines(from brake hose in front of rear beam, back to caliper) This is because the connector going into the caliper is leaking and as far as I can make out the flexi hose is not replacable and is fixed to the brake line.
Does anyone know if there is an after market brake line/s avaiable. What about getting them made up so the rear flexi's near the caliper are replacable. Or is this a renault only part, if so any ideas on how much?

Plus what dot fluid is best?

Thanks in advance.

Is this the hose you mean?

Yeah thats the hose. I got a local place to cut this off and put a new male screw end on the end of the existing brake line and now have a replacable piece of flexi brake hose with a new bit of brake pipe into caliper. Seems to work fine.
