replacing bulbs behind heater controls Ph1 172

As above, i think one or two bulbs have gone behind he heater control panel.

how easy/hard is it to replace them?

anyone on here replaced them? and what bulbs do i need and where stock them?

Not sure what bulb, but it was a pain in the arse to do.
