Replacing clutch clio 1.5dci

  04 dci
clutch needs replaced on a clio dci,

what are they like to do, i have basic tools and a driveway, is there a basic guide to doing one on a clio?

i have decent skill as a diy mechanic, i did the turbo on the clio the other week, so have decent knowledge, but what sort of job is it on a clio on the drive?

any guides or write ups out there?

cheers

ive done loads ov clutches on the drive and you will need a extra pair of hands to remove and replace the box. Have you ever done a clutch on anything before????

James.f on here sent me a guide somewhere, when I did mine, and I had next to no real mechanical knowledge when I did it, but still pulled it off.
I'll see if I can find it

please that would be brilliant, i have done a clutch before, but on a ramp with plenty of help and special tools,

wasnt sure if it was possible on the drive

@james28, if you have that guide that would be flipping brilliant

as long as you get the car high enough to be able to get the box on the floor when out then you will be fine. lifting the box back on can be a bi**h

the dci flywheel is huge, i would suggest dropping the subframe out to allow easy access to gearbox.
