Replacing headlight bulbs on Clio 197/200... how?

Hope somebody can help here. I bought some Philips X-tream vision headlight builds for the 200 and from reading about them they are supposed to be a great upgrade. What I'm looking to know is how do you get to the passenger side bulbs to replace them? Now I know I have hands like spades but still space is limited to be kind. I can get to the driver side bulbs no problems it's just the passenger side as the battery and air box trumpet/intake thing are in the way and I really hope there's a way of doing this without taking the battery etc out.

Any help appreciated.
