replacing horn on clio 1.2 (year: 2010)

hi gang

my mother drives a standard clio and is complaining about teh horn, that it is not loud enough and needs to be more intimididating!!

i am in germany, her and the car are in ireland, just wondering if it would be easy to fit another horn to this car?

if it would be a case of just a swap, what horn would ye recommend?

it would also be great if someone could tell me where the horn is located so that i can tell my dad where to look, but he aint interested in doing any of this research stuff!

if u were ever in a crash situation bud, ud know all about the difference between having a strong good sounding horn versus a crap one likein teh new clios, its can be more effective than any airbags, if the horn actually results in an accident being avoided!!!!!!
