gimme a bit, i can find this, as i did it.

what part of the conversion do you need the resistors for?

i just read in the guide section that some of the led's may require a resistor. for the sake of an extra couple of quid, i may aswell get a few just incase i do. i just need an exact link please as i have no idea what half of the info on the resistors page means:o

you only need resisters to make your own stripboard for the SMDs for the clock, as they run off 12v and if you dont, they will fry.

the LEDs for the switchs and on the clocks and climate are all just solder off solder on, no dramas there

i just used 82ohm ones for mine too.

oh right, so i dont need resistors for anything, what about the esp button area etc and the locking button/rear window.

the buttons just open them up, unsolder the old LED legs pull them out slide new one in and silder it up. make sure the + and - are correct.

you will need resistors if you are changing the clock to SMDs, as they will blow otherwise.
