Resuming a stopped download on Xbox Live

Im trying to download the crack down demo, and it keeps stopping and disconnecting from live. When I then go to my active downloads bit it is not there, ive heard there is a way to get the download to resume, but cant find out how.

it should do it automatically, when the connection is re-established.
