I asked over on renaultsport.com a while ago and the reply was
"Max engine speed for coolant <75c is 6700, coolant >75c is 7250 Max engine speed for gears 1st to 3rd 7250 4th to 5th is 7000"

Mine limits to 7000 in 3rd though.

Well I don't know about 5th cos I've never tried but it's 7250 in all gears for me (once warmed up of course)
