Switch? Theres a switch/sensor "somewhere" that will flick em on when U select reverse?? Or the fuse?

Bump, checked fuses.

Wiring block. Multi-meter and you'd know.

Seal on the rear lights on my 182 was pish, started to let in water and rust within 12 months of having the car, took it into reno they replaced the rear light clusters under warranty, no use to you as your car is probably out of warranty but maybe worth checking that there's no water gettng in.
