Revs drop below 5 when slowing or stopping

Hi,

My 2.0 16v F4R Megane is dropping way below 5 when i slow down at traffic lights or junctions, then it goes to just above 5 and settles.

Also when i do a 3 point turn or full lock it will cut out unless i keep the gas on.

Plugs and coil pack are new recently. It doesnt have HT leads.

Any help would be great!

presume you mean >500 RPM ?

Yeah, less than 500.

I was under the impression that these dont have an ICV. Or so i was told lol.x

Read it before you try and act like a smart arse, i never said 5k.

It will be the throttle body, wants stripping down and cleaning up to start with (brake cleaner works well) or worst case scenario a new one.
Any decent garage should be able to do that for you, I would estimate an hours labour.
