Ribbed Belt Tensioner

I need a new Tensioner for the alternator belt in my car. I had a price off Renault of £98 for a 1.8 16v, is this the same Tensioner for the 2.0 Williams lump which I have got?

I Got a price off German, Sweedish amd French Car parts of £57 for a "Ribbed belt Tensioner".....is this the correct part and will it work for my 2.0 16v Engine?

parts are the same for both engine, and it sounds like the correct part, cos the alternator belt is ribbed.
