right guys bit of a delimer here!!!

i had fitted around 3-4 months ago some apex springs to my mk2 172 as they were doing the shocks at the time i thought why not??? anyway after i got them fitted i did not notice anything wrong until i had by blue flame zorst fitted after that i seemed to have a metal on metal noise from the back when i went over bumps i just thought it was the zorst catching etc etc but when i reformed the zorst and put the standard back on it did the same!!!
jesus what could this be? i took the car back to the garage and they say the rear spacers are on between the springs and the plates but i dont know if this is true has anyone got a picture so i can check anyway ...my boot has been completely stripped to save weight and at the weekend it was full with christmas shopping and ikea crap and i even had my mum in the back and i did not hear one little noise!!! what could this be guys vibration noise cos my boot it empty something loose maybe ...what is that bar at the back of the rar seats cos the plastic top it has could this be doing it or is it something else? really need your helps guys cos it is driving me mental!! cheers thanks again

I wouldn't think it would hit the exhaust mine was lowered a lot more than that and it never but i'd check all the same.
What do you mean by spacers on the springs?

i will have a look guys to see if it is the exhaust catching one thing i did notice was that the rubber mount seems very flimsy but the exhaust seems very solid when i try and move it around!!!v arggggggggggggg!!! anyone got any idea from what i said about the boot being empty and hearing the noise all the time to it being full and their being no noise what so ever!!!
