Right, my plans...

Pretty standard for a phase 1 172, but any opinions still welcome all the same...

Lowered on coilovers (FK's pretty soon)
Standard alloys refurbished and sprayed in anthracite/graphite (lighter colour than the p-shop, will be done soon)
Phase 2 rear lights (on the hunt for some at the moment)
Phase 2 strips colour coded (in progress)
Clear side repeaters (fitted)

I think it works quite well, in giving it a meaner look without looking 'modified'. I've been tempted to get some new wheels in 16's, but like the idea of keeping them small, revamping them in a new colour and lowering the car right down on top of them.

So I may have to give in and get a Cup spoiler! Am tempted to leave the handles / book lock black just to break up the silver a bit, especially with the strips going colour coded as well...

Yeah they're the standard 15's that come on it, they look a bit smaller in the small pic in the upper corner of the photoshop (without lowering).

Haven't really considered a bigger / Cup spoiler, but everyone seems to be mentioning it, so I may have to investigate!

I thought they looked quite big in both pics, when lowered it will look the muts nuts... whatever you do though it will look good

Lol, controversial remark! I want to try and keep the factory look going, so if anything it will be a Cup spoiler. If I can cross the standard look with a little bit of rally sl@g, then I'll be happy...

Would look nice, little wheels make it look more for speed than posing about, put a cup spoiler on it will look lush.

Well, your car is probably my favourite on this site mate, so I have probably stolen one or two ideas without knowing it! I'll avoid Turinis, Carbon badges and, uh, standard phase 2 172 bumpers! :S
