Hi all, just got one of these, and have just registered on the website, just wondering how longer delay it took for your serial number to be validated.

As i dont really want to wait till monday.

Mine worked straight away. Just downloaded the software, synchronised my unit with the database and I was up and running. Excellent purchase. Ull bve well chuffed with it.

ahh right, on synchronising mine it says contact blackspot administration when it tries to download the database.

rung em up earlier and said that i wanted to do some long drives over the weekend, and it would be great help if i could get an upto date database downloaded, and the chap got it done there n then.

Nice company, definately like the friendlyness of em, makes me glad i paid for it now. hard to find good customer support nowdays
