Road Lighting

I have just seen a Ford KA with blue ( neon? ) lights underneath the front bumper lighting up the road.

What Id like to know is WHY?

If the street lighting isnt good enough why spend money on DIY kits, write to the council and complain instead.

i went to bristol with the family the other week we went to pic up my step bros for a meal ne way driving up to cribs and waiting at the madona tit roundabout this saxo pulls up tints bodykit badged up to vts some what looked like 17 yr old kids driving it with there 9 yr old gilfriends in the back front windows down music FULL wack and they stop next to us at traffic lights, and turn on there undercar neons and some flashy strobe light on the front.



ne way me and my step bros start pissing our self and pointing and the tw*ts in the saxo think there well hard, but they didnt know what we were laffing at, there was a piggy car with 4 piggys in it sat right behind them ne way the piggys are all laffing too and FALSH the piggy lights go on ha ha u shud of seen the saxo f00ls faces MADE MY YEAR THAT DID.
