its been a while since I updated this thread!
money has been elsewhere the last few months with christmas and bought a drift shed with a friend..
behold the beast!..
its a s**tty compact!
but.. this 316 has a few.. added extras now after being stripped..
welded diff.. 'bride' bucket seats.. hydro handbrake.. rack spacers and a powerflow zaust for...
this...
2.8 straight six with m50 inlet

APR cooling plate added..
Plate holder removed and took to bodyshop for colour coding 202 black as it's looking a bit crap..!
Also tried my friends 19" 10.5j rota grids in Matt black... Tempted to change the colour of mine to gloss black or dark anthracite..
And maybe some 10-15mm spacers for the rear..
Really kind of like it without the plate on too..
heres a few of my mates new 350Z with the supra too
the single turbo NA/T engine build will be taking a back seat for a few months after I get a standalone ECU - Syveccs or similar.. in the next few weeks..
then its some decent coilovers.. carbon fibre bootlid painted and fitted..

I know what you mean about the 316.. I love to hate it..
but also kind of love it a little bit secretly but nobody has to know about that.. haha
we've only done one drift day in it so far and was great.. we need to change the set up a little bit in terms of the geometry and we've just bought some wider wheels for the front so that should help things too.. the hydro is brilliant fun!

so i got the old tired plate holder sprayed up black as it was a grey plastic colour before..
heres a few of the plate holder fitted.. cars a bit dirty in these shots :/
and new bolts for the carbon cooling plate and rad etc..
met up with my mates new GTT and 350Z again
also fixed up the beemer up after my mate kissed the front bumper into a wall!
fitted with new front bumper/brock wheels/track light and have some bonnet pins/quick release bumper catches on their way soon..
15mm rear spacers will be fitted to the supra tomorrow so I rolled the arches on the supra earlier in preparation.. seemed to work well!
650CC injectors ordered and standalone ECU is on its way

cheers mate, im with you there im not usually a 350 fan but I love the black yellow combo with the splitters etc looks ace! the r34 will be an awesome project too..
hes worse than me hes had it 5 minutes and already bought brides/full nismo system/hks induction/GTR body kit/10.5j Grid drifts in matt black.. will definitely be one to watch.. il put a few up of its progress as thiis thread continues

didn't take long haha!yeah my photography skills leave a bit to be desired but im working on it! will go down to the park this weekend weather permitting and try get some more shots
great project, supra's are just classic jap cool
its been good to resurrect this before it ended up in a scrapyard or something.. going to take alot more work to get it completely mint but its coming along nicely

Condition doesn't matter how its going to be used. They are great drifters though. I really rate my mates.

thanks for the comments think they do look way better and I have noticed them more now ive lived with them for a while.. my ECU and 650CC injectors are finally here..
spec is as follows: spec of the ECU is as follows..

This is gonna look different..
So.. TRD Spoiler purchased to go with my carbon bootlid
The both will be heading to my local bodyshop for paint this week
I have also bought Bergs old engine so my NA/T project will be speeding up dramatically as it already has new seals TT Gasket etc!
