I'm almost tempted to have a dabble - not much to lose if they're totally w**k

I cant belive how cheap coilovers are these days!

There was only GAZ, H&R and AST when i bought mine.

Allthough cheap coilovers are sh*t (from experience of been in Clios with cheap Coilies on)

Realisatically they will be shite, but at that price it's worth having if you're just decking and driving about town. I doubt they are much worse than the likes of FK/Gaz etc at 5x the price.

If they're anything like the non-sport items, they'll be great for going low & not breaking.

You pay for what you get - can't exactly expect the ride/handling to be amazing for £138 tbh!

Cheap coilovers are still s**t. There are a number of brands supplied by one manufacturer in holland. Raceland, jamex, gmax etc and they are all garbage. From customer feedback (some wanted them despite my warnings) they have a tendancy to go coilbound when the car is lowered by any significant amount. The weight of them is ridiculous as well.
It will get you low but expect it to be worse ride and handling than a standard car..

Won't be long before Ktec strike a deal, buy them all and sell them for twice the price.

no they dont
172 has 54mm bolt spacing but i dont know wht they state as RS
in other companies 4mm difference of bolt spacing make the price twice

Ater reading up god knows how many conflicting posts on here I'm convinced they're 54mm too. Cheers mate.

Unfortunately I got an email back from Rokkor and these are 58mm :(
