Rolling radius

Does anyone have the rolling radius figures for the conversion from a 16" wheel with 195/45 tyres to a 17" with a 205/40 tyre

Friend off mine wants to change to 17" wheels on his 172 cup, has anyone done this and how did it effect the cars handling etc.

Did it cause any problems ??

Speedo accuracy and accelaration issues are the main things

PS: the proposed wheel is the standard speedline turini from K-Tech racing (just Bigger)
