Rooted Phone?

I've not rooted this phone, however am now getting pop ups like this on HBSC business app.

How and why is this happening?!

Is this a security issue?

Not touched anything on it.

I'll steer clear of logging into my any important apps until I've done a bit more digging.

Deleted cache - didn't work!

Downloaded the most recent Google Play update, didn't work.

Not sure how dodgy this is, however am now only checking Business Bank/ personal Bank on the computer for the time being.

I have the HSBC personal banking app on my pixel 5 and I've not had that message

Sounds like a fault with the app itself.

How long has it been since they released an update for it?

Weird, spoke to HSBC - talk to Google.
Google - talk to HSBC.

I've got a non-rooted Pixel 4A, just tried logging on to both HSBC business banking apps, no issues at all.
