Rough Price For Dent Removal + Possible Places To Have It Done In Norwich Area??

I have the dent pictured below on the edge of my driver side door and just wondering how much you think it would cost to get it removed?? Not sure if the pics really show it well enough but would it be possible to get this done without filling/spraying or whatever?? Would this be something that a mobile dent remover such as Chips Away or Dent Devils could get out for me or would it require a body shop??

Out of the two mobile removers above who would you recommend or if it's a bodyshop job does anyone know a good one in the Norwich, Norfolk area??

I had something similar on my 1.2 mk3 cost me £250 was bit worse and needed spraying mind you

I paid £15 per panel for mine. Good as new once he'd finished

the dent looks like it might have a crease? I got a dent taken out for £65 inc VAT by a mobile company.
