Rough when accelerating maybe misfire

Started two days ago idles pretty well but when I go to accelerate it just doesn't do anything like somethings holding it back worse once warm strangely
Clio 200 any ideas? Coil injectors etc?!
Revs once I changed down to bring the revs up but then went back to how it was

Fixed
Water had gotten past a coil pack seal into no one spark plug tube and was making a bad connection between the two
New plug and it's all gone away woo!
