Routing a satnav power cable

whats the best way to route the power cable from a satnav to have it all hidden away and just reemergeing to plug into the cigarette lighter?

got a garmin nuvi 610T so im gonna stick it to the windscreen in the middle, wondering if i can get the power cable down the back of the dash or that?

There are a few threads on here regarding taking the dash top off to hide it, worth doing a quick search.

cut it off and replace with a thinner straight one.

cheers for that, sorted it out there this afternoon, got it on the right hand side of the window and ran the cable down by the seal then through the back ofthe dash and popped it out to plug in from the back of the wee cubby, sorted
