Every new car gets slated "the old ones better" etc etc etc

If I had the money I would have bought one instead of the 197, lets face it, Renaultsport ain't put out shabby motors lately have they. Bet it's a cracker to drive.

And xenons, do you really need them? Just expensive and more liklely to break

Oh, and original RS200, great IN IT'S DAY, that's all
I don't think this is the thread for this debate, but such a silly comment.

110% FAIL

Edit: It still whoops todays cars, 211bhp/tonne for the lowest powered version, 460bhp/tonne for the highest, lighter, better spec'd and way more expensive even now than any equivilant rally homologation car.

Check this: http://www.preromanbritain.com/gwem/martbean/rs200/spec.htm

Sorry for the sidetrack, just the wrongness of that comment needed sorting

Renault will sell shedloads tbh. People will continue to slate new models until the end of time, well, until they actually concede that it is better and end up owning one!
