RS Front Coil Springs

My passenger side front coil spring has snapped.
The drivers side spring broke last year and I remember phoning a few stealers and geting varying quotes for a new one.
Does anyone know how much one should cost? I think last year I payed around £90.

Also, is there a guide anywhere on how to change one, as is there isn't I may make one while I'm in there.

I had thought about an upgrade, as apart from the d/s front, all the springs are the originals, and are now nearly 6 years old, but the insurance rape me as it is.
Funnily enough, my premium arrived this morning. £364, clean lisence and no prangs.

What benefits do you get with the sportlines?
