I have gone and ordered one of these from fastchip.nl.

I was wondering what maps were currently available??

From what I understand, there is a 98 octane and a Group N map?

Whats the difference lol

When you got it, look at the software version that the ECU is running.
Then simply upgrade to tha last .cal version available. That's all.

I am correct in thinking the 98octane map is not like a main reflash? It just goes ontop of what is already on my ECU?

You can either change the .rst file (whole ECU as such) or just the .cal file (config file). Like Henk said, plug the Rstuner in and find out what your ECU is currently running and find the .cal file for it Its all in the readme that comes with it.

Not that I know of, i did change mine though as I wanted to copy Gregg's settings who got a good result at our RR day
