RS Tuner - old map saving

I believe my car has a remapped ECU by RS Tuning oop int leeds like me old son.

If I want to have a play with the pops and bangs for a giggle at some point I presume the save my old map function will save whatevers in the little brain currently, i.e. Paul's work?

oh and realistically whats the costs of unlocking the RS tuner and getting latest version of pops n bangs? 60 odd quid for both, plus the cost of the unit second hand obviously

I know its all been covered before, but if I search RS tuner its getting a fair number of hits not answering my specific question re: maps and the guide doesn't cover it either

Yes it will. When you read cal and read RST file it saves them. That is the copy of the map

Yep it should save what ever file is on the ecu. I would say more £70ish for the unlock code and overun map, make sure the RStuner box has iirc firmware 1.85 and above so it will support the overun map.
