rs tuner problem

Hi guys iv bought a 2nd hand rs tuner off here, iv plugged it into my laptop and it won't work ? Comes up with drivers for this device are not installed ? Only want to check the fault codes but unable to! Any help much appreciated :up:

Have you downloaded the software from the fastchip website?

No mate I only received it this morning as I'm in work until 6pm thought I could plug it in with the laptop on my break to view the fault codes
