Rs tuner problems

Hi all,this is my very first post on the site.have been a member for a while but could really do with some advise!.
i ordered a brand new rs tuner from henk last week.i have just received my 98 Ron map from him today.also ordered the overrun map but had an email from henk saying the overrun map was not available to me because my clio 172 does not have automatic chassis number retrival.can anyone help me on this please.car is a 2002 172 cliosport,was just wondering how I can overcome this problem....thanks in advance
