Rugged phone help please

I've gone broken my new phone (only had a it a month or so) so I need somehting cheap and rugged. I knowNokia used to sell on ebut no idea what it was called.
I'd prefere if it could stand a nuclear explosion as it will get abused to the same degree.

Any recomendation/ebay links?

Nothing that I know of that's currently on the market (new phones) AFAIK.

Nokia did a rugged simple phone, with a removable rubber sleeve at some point.

Thats the phone I'm thinking off had my sister look on ebay today for it. But I think some barbie dolls or teddies caught her eyes instead.

Thats pictures looks realy wierd. I look like a freek.

I think the rubber like Nokia was the 5210!

Nokia did 5210, 5100 and 5140 all had the rubber protective case, not sure if any good but mates 5100 had a power button problem but fixed under warrenty. Only other one i can think of is a old ericsson phone but i forget the model also was big if i remember correctly

My phone a long way out of warently its barly digital.

Will have a look into the phones though thanks.

Ericsson R310s is the phone i couldn't remember but its very big 13.1cm

currently on market, nokia 5140i, very basic colour screen vga camera, no bluetooth etc, £140, rrp.

Coming soon nokia 5500, all usual features, 1.3 mp camera, bluetooth mp3, fm radio etc around £180ish

I have a brand new boxed Siemens ruggedised phone I bought for my Daughter to stick in her pocket when she was messing around with her horses. The case is SPLASH proof and made of a rubberised material.
Its sim free and will work on any network. If your interested I can mail you some pictures.

Oh ! she didnt like it as it wasnt as "cool" as her Moto Pebl, which she dropped a week after she got it, and broke the outer screen. Kids !!!
