You could sort that out without too much trouble, if i was buying i would take a set of steelies with me, knock £300 off and tell him he can keep those wheels. As for the graphics I would have to peel those off at the nearest service station.
When my bro bought his Clio it had Chrome wheel trims on it! Drove it 2 mins round the corner after buying it, ripped them off and chucked them in the boot!
