Running new speaker cable to the door in 182

I have a 182. I want to install new component speakers in the front. My major problem is getting the speaker cable through to the door. The loom connector has no space around it to allow me to run in the new cable. I'm not too sure if drilling new holes is a good idea. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers David

Just been through this one myself, it takes time (Took me 2 days) to get right but the quality was good. Small drill and take off the rubber connector between the door and car and enlarge 2 of the holes (Some are unused and some have wire in them that serve no purpose, just check to see if it has one in and one out) drill and feed through.
