The dampers on my Trophy need a refurb and my options are a refurb at a cost of between £400 and £600 or buy new as they have come down to a bargain price of £623 each.

Would my old be worth anything as they need a refurb??

Id shop around and try and get the refurb price down. Where did u get the price from on the new dampers?

Copied from Trophy .net

Don't if it has been mentioned but today I noticed while looking up a few things for my 'T' ( yes I work in Renault parts ) that I have noticed a massive price drop in Sachs prices about bloody time as well.
New prices are as follows though available through France which I have checked.
N/S and O/S Sach units ( shocks ) £623.75+ each
Also
Springs ( Eibach ) £85.00+ each

Also while Im at it

Rear Sach shocks £113.88+ each

Plus doing a search ive only found i decent company who do the refurbs a place called BG

BG motorsport seem to be the place for getting them refurbed. I've seen a lot of trophy owners on here mention using them.
