Safari Beta seems to have an issue with windows cleartype. In other words it looks horrific

Yes theres been a subsequent patch but their were flaws within hrs of release lol

There all kinds of tweaks you can do to Firefox anyway, FF all the way for me, esp if you turn of browser cacheing on every refresh
