samsung d500 gone wrong !

gf's d500 decided to pack up tonite as all the text etc on the screen apears backwords any ideas ? has this happend to you ? going to ring o2 in the morning about it.

My mate had a problem with his, keypad not working etc. Phoned Samsung direct, sent it back and hes got one back within a week, think its a recon'd one, but it still works fine.
