Sanding off decals?

If I wanted to remove the speedline corse logo from the wheels pictured, could I simply wet sand them off and all would be well, or would I need a refurb?

Could you not just heat them up and peel them off?

I think they are actually painted on from factory, dont think they are decals as in stickers.

I think they are just stickers but they probably have been laqured over. and the sticker is probable thicker than the paint so id say you would need a refurb after
