Saving picture from a document

Someone sent me a picture allready open in lotus notes, and i need to save it, tried copying and pasting, cant seem to get it to work, help me out please people, i'm a r****d.

im not familiar with the program, but you could do a print screen with the document open, then paste that screen grab into photoshop

Export as html and grab the jpg?

I'm useless how in gods name would i do that?? Picture is in my lotus notes, need to get it out and save it, somewhere, can i copy then paste into something like paint??

to do what mikedx suggest, go file save as, then on the bottom of the window, it may save "save as type" in there change it to html/web document. then open up the newly saved html document, right click on the image, save picture as.
