Scottish Lot - Best place for camber setup/alignment?

Need the geometry checked over on my car now I've fitted coilies, who do you recommend? Somewhere preferably in the Central region if poss

You could try Falkland Performance Centre in Glenrothes. Not sure if there are any places closer to you in Alloa?

youll need a specialist place mate, pm dave he knows a decent place, reason you will need a specialist place because you will need laser alignment as your car will be as long as mine probably and cant be done by the old school machines

I only know of Falkland performance for camber alignment.
Not many places know how to do it! Or don't have the equipment.

Spk to kevin @falkland. Did mine. That or IF motorsport at knockhill, but you'd need to book in about a month in advance.

Heard about a guy out at East Calder that does it plus corner weighting.

never heard of him ive just always used john, i beleive thats where joe (JCC) got his done in the end too. plus hes extremely cheap for what he does is always a bonus! beleive i payed around £40 or there abouts for my setup (thats probably not even double what a shitty tyre garage would charge for a monkey to setup your tracking!!)

M8 got his scooby done at progrip before and after print out and it was well off

lol. Sweeping statement. I've heard good things about them too. However Falkland did a good job of the V6, IF Motorsport at Knockhill are more experienced in chassis dynamics than anyone.

Clarke Motorsport are setting up the BM on monday. Heard good thing about them too £79 + adjustment.

Don't mind paying if it's going to be a pucker circut setup, And Knockhill is where it will getting ragged anyway.

I have been toying with installing rear camber shims and want someone that understands what i'm trying to do as apposed to setting it up to a preprogramed road setup.

Varies. It's mid season now, so you'll have to wait a good month or so...They may not even do it. Around 200-250.

This thread was originally for my 1.2 but I ended up taking the 172 there when I got it. 4 wheel laser alignment, camber/castor etc setup and he raised the front a wee bit for me while it was there. £65 all in was not too shabby IMO.

Its your fuel man, its got a nasty hole, i'll tune the NOS time and you'll run 9's..
