scratch on front bumper :(

while washing the 182 2day noticed on the front bumper i have scratches like 3 inches wide acorss the side near the wheel and wing .. i straight away used t-cut and alot of the marks came out and the rest aint deep not even able 2 put my finger nail in,

does any rekon a gd machine polish will get theres marks out or shall i respray the bumper??
