Scrubbing on rear wheels, help...

Ive got the standard 55mm phase 1 16valve alloys on my RSI, they are the sam size as my old 14 inch wheels, but they are scrubbing on the back. I put my hand under and scraped all the dust and sh*te from underneath, but not sure it that will be suffice. Shall I take the plastic protector out too? Or will I have to get some low pros?

P.S. They only scrub when I throw it round a corner or go over bumps.

Did you ever sort this? I have the same problem - thought Id fixed it with filing, but its come back again now with the damn boot build!
